Once an architect is selected, you will enter into a direct contract with them, maintaining full ownership of the final plans—allowing for flexibility and long-term control over your investment. We encourage clients to gather inspiration images, curate a Wishlist of features, and communicate their preferences in detail. The initial design phase is purposefully broad, allowing for thoughtful refinement before construction details are finalized.

To ensure that design decisions translate seamlessly into execution, we integrate preliminary pricing and early trade consultations, identifying potential challenges before they arise. Simultaneously, we work with our hand-selected interior designers and landscape architects to refine selections, establish room schedules, and coordinate finishes, textures, and materials. This proactive, holistic approach eliminates inefficiencies, ensuring that every design element—both inside and out—is executed with precision.

Once the design is complete and selections are finalized, we move into preconstruction—a stage that separates a well-built home from an exceptional one. This is where we take every detail on paper and refine it for flawless execution.

At this stage, we present a comprehensive final budget—providing a transparent, detailed breakdown of every phase of construction. We walk you through the numbers in full detail, from site development to materials, finishes, and installation specifics. This is the final opportunity to refine scope, adjust selections, and confirm that the investment aligns with your expectations.

As we approach completion, we conduct a series of comprehensive walkthroughs, identifying any final refinements needed to meet our exacting standards. Once every element is perfected, we complete a white-glove cleaning, ensuring your home is not just move-in ready—but presented at the level of refinement it deserves.

Even after completion, our commitment continues. We provide comprehensive warranty coverage and conduct a one-year follow-up inspection, allowing us to assess how the home has settled with daily use. If adjustments are needed, we address them—ensuring that your home not only meets expectations at move-in but continues to perform over time.
